Mountain biking is an enjoyable and effective way to stay fit. Riding along twisting dirt trails with the wind in your face beats a sweaty afternoon at the gym any day.

Whether you know what a Lumpy Bumpy and Rollie Polie is or prefer a morning rail trail ride, there’s one thing we all share in common;  A love for Mountain Biking!  Not all rides are for all skill levels but we will try to get everyone out, riding and having fun! Though we are not affiliated with JORBA (Jersey Off-Road Bicycle Association) we will often cross link rides.  They are a big part of why we have places to ride in NJ so we do what we can to support them.
